Vivendi Entertainment and RHI have a new vampire horror/comedy called BITTEN coming on DVD, starring Kevin Smith regular Jason Mewes (who previously ventured into the genre with FEAST, THE TRIPPER and NETHERBEAST INCORPORATED). The companies gave Fango a first look at the cover art for the disc, which streets July 6.
It’s ironic considering the series’ premise, but the FINAL DESTINATION franchise just won’t die. New Line is going ahead with FINAL DESTINATION 5, and A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET co-writer Eric Heisserer is on board.

The premise seems empty at first: While fixing up a rundown cabin in the woods, the titular hillbillies are mistaken for psycho killers by some vacationing college kids.
