Bumping into makeup FX artists Nick Nicolaou and Paul Katte over a table of body parts on the set of REDD INC. (more about that one very soon!), Fango learned that work on their zombie feature project MARY DOE has steadily continued since we first reported on it here. Recent MARY DOE news has included Tom Savini coming aboard the project as well as the signing of two top artists for the project: matte painter Wayne Haag and costume designer Liz Keogh Palmer. The two Make-up Effects Group (MEG) proprietors are also very happy that the on-line game THE UNDEAD ZONE (see a trailer below the pics) is going full steam ahead; based on artwork being used for MARY DOE, THE UNDEAD ZONE will feature Savini’s voice work as one of the game’s characters.
