Ghostface Lives! New behind-the-scenes "SCREAM 4" pic!

Most of the looks we've gotten at the now filming SCREAM 4 have been incredibly unsatisfying. If official, it's simply Neve Campbell in the make-up trailer or otherwise, spy pics that don't show much. Today, Wes Craven threw us a bone, with a lovely look at the now iconic Ghostface!
