Synthetic Cinema gave Fango the heads-up on the specs for its next DVD release, ASSAULT OF THE SASQUATCH. The company also sent along cover art for the disc, which arrives October 19.

Directed by Andrew Gernhard from a John Doolan screenplay, ASSAULT OF THE SASQUATCH is set in and around a police precinct house in a rundown urban setting, where a poacher and his truck are brought after his arrest. Little does anyone know that a savage Bigfoot has stowed away in the vehicle, and it proceeds to terrorize everyone in the stationhouse. The movie will be presented in 2.35:1 widescreen with Dolby Digital 5.1 sound, accompanied by the following extras:

• Audio commentary by Gernhard and the producers

• “Don & Murph” featurettes

• Blooper reel

• “Booty Poppin” music video

• Theatrical trailers for SASQUATCH and BANSHEE!!!
