permanent part of your collection, the not-so-good stuff ends up being gifted
to friends on their birthdays. The great stuff ends up on its own shelf and
becomes the anchor for future searches. John Dimes’ stuff ends up in the latter
Horror at its best, THE
WALKING DEAD: NO WAY OUT (Image Comics) continues the long-running riveting
character drama and compelling survival tale. Even as hope dwindles and
characters lose faith, the last thread of humanity struggles to exist in a
zombie apocalypse. This volume collects issues #79-84, which capture genuine
emotion, suspenseful sequences in unbelievably over-the-top situations.
GRIMM FAIRY TALES: THE DREAM EATER SAGA #1 (Zenescope
Entertainment) is an ambitious start to a bleak and grand-scale fantasy
adventure. At the beginning of the apocalypse, a group of characters are
gathering for the upcoming battle between good and evil. Unprepared for their

(Skybound), a terrifically stylish and exciting supernatural thriller full of
wild ideas sees a maniacal doctor who’s become obsessed with the existence of
the paranormal. His medical team tries to keep him in touch with reality, but
ultimately fails to stop him, as he throws himself into danger.
In BRIMSTONE #1
(Zenescope Entertainment), a bunch of gritty, tough-talking gunfighters have
been hired to invade an abandoned minefield in order to recover gold. In doing
so, these outlaws have to stroll past the haunted spirits that have seized the
territory, resulting in a solid blend of horror and western.
