Once the holiday cheer is over, the horror begins as Lionsgate’s TEXAS CHAINSAW 3D cuts its way into theaters January 4. Fango’s Michael Gingold sat down with the film’s female lead for an exclusive video chat you can see after the jump.

Alexandra Daddario, who previously dealt with screen slaughter in BEREAVEMENT, stars in TEXAS CHAINSAW 3D as Heather, a young woman with ties to the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre who takes a fateful road trip with some friends to the Lone Star State, where she has inherited a family mansion. LOST’s Tania Raymonde, Scott Eastwood, Tremaine “Trey Songz” Neverson, Shaun Sipos, Keram Malicki-Sánchez, Paul Rae, Thom Barry and HATCHET’s Richard Riehle co-star, with Dan Yeager as Leatherface and appearances by TEXAS CHAINSAW alumni Gunnar Hansen, Marilyn Burns and Bill Moseley. John Luessenhop directed from a script by Adam Marcus, Debra Sullivan and Kirsten Elms, with makeup FX by Gregory Nicotero and Howard Berger.
