HOBO WITH A SHOTGUN is blasting its way through Canadian theaters and just became available on-demand via U.S. distributor Magnet Releasing, which also sends it to theaters next month. Rutger Hauer stars in this over-the-top gorefest as the titular vengeful vagabond, who blows away the criminal scum terrorizing Hope City. This week, we’re presenting a multipart video interview by Fango’s Michael Gingold with HOBO director Jason Eisener (shot and edited by ace videographer Bill Hall; see the first part here and the second here), and you can watch the third installment after the jump.

In this clip, Eisener talks about his influences on HOBO and making it in the classic exploitation style.
