In the PSYCHO/THE STRANGERS-style thriller OPEN HOUSE, now available on demand and DVD from Lionsgate, a demented couple (THE HURT LOCKER’s Brian Geraghty and BATTLESTAR GALACTICA’s Tricia Helfer) squat in comfortable homes for sale and murder all those who get in the way. Rachel Blanchard plays a survivor hiding in the basement trying to outwit the maniacs living upstairs. At last spring’s Tribeca Film Festival, Fango’s Tony Timpone’s interviewed stars Geraghty and Blanchard (see here and here). Today our editor emeritus continues his chat with OPEN HOUSE’s writer/director Andrew Paquin, brother/brother-in-law of TRUE BLOOD hotties Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer, respectively.
