As part of the Scary Movies 4 series that began last night, New York City’s Film Society of Lincoln Center is hosting the world premiere of the new French chiller VILLAGE OF SHADOWS (LE VILLAGE DES OMBRES) this Friday, October 29 at 8:30 p.m. at the Walter Reade Theater (65th Street near Amsterdam Avenue), with director Fouad Benhammou appearing for a Q&A. In conjunction with the Film Society, FANGORIA is offering five pairs of free tickets!

Five winners will be selected at random and notified via e-mail by noon on Friday, and their tickets held at the Walter Reade box office. VILLAGE OF SHADOWS is set in the small French town of Ruiflec, where a group of young friends arrive for a family visit, only to find the place deserted and inhabited by dark, malevolent forces.
