Don’t worry, no surgery or coprophagia is involved. Instead, a variation on the classic arcade game Centipede has turned up on-line, adapting it after the current screen shocker “THE HUMAN CENTIPEDE” (pictured).

In the game, which you can play here, you take the role of Dr. Heiter, armed with a rifle and attempting to take out the “centipedes” made of conjoined human subjects. As in the original game, try to aim for the “head,” since hitting the midsection just splits the “centipede” up into two pieces you must contend with.
