Another comic from the creator of THE WALKING DEAD is poised to hit television.
Robert Kirkman is teaming with Fox International Channels on the development of a new series based in the business of demonic possession. As per synopsis, the series follows Kyle Barnes, who has been plagued by possession since he was a child. Now an adult, he embarks on a spiritual journey to find answers, but what he uncovers could mean the end of life on Earth as we know it.
The show is based on an upcoming comic from Kirkman's Image imprint, Skybound, which seems untitled as of now. Midst the standard press release quotes of "we're so excited to work with each other," FOX's Sharon Tal Yguado interestingly calls the upcoming show, "a reinvention of the genre." Truth? Hyperbole?
