Eli Roth weathers a Chilean quake and Chilean maniacs in the Nicolás López-helmed film.

Co-written by and starring the HOSTEL director, AFTERSHOCK finds eager partygoers in a saturated South America stuck in the club when a massive earthquake hits. The titular Aftershock, however, is no shake, but an ensemble of freed-by-mother nature prisoners looking to take care of survivors. The film looks rowdy, bloody and if that last punchline is any indication, contains little regard for human existence.

No release date yet, but AFTERSHOCK comes from The Weinstein Company's VOD/Limited Theatrical platform, Radius in 2013. For more, check out Fango's review from TIFF here.
