Magnet Releasing, Drafthouse Films and Ant Timpson are in the education business, aiming to relearn you your alphabet via 26 of the globe's brightest genre talents. Each director, be it KILL LIST's Ben Wheatley, MACABRE's Timo Tjahjanto, AMER's Helene Cattet & Bruno Forzani or THE HOUSE OF THE DEVIL's Ti West, was assigned a letter which they then attributed to a word, any word, and how death might spring out of it. Each segment is maximum four minutes and the whole experience is just that: a strange, throbbing chronicle of blood and bad taste from the aforementioned and even more.
