Dark Sky has revealed the main attractions of Richard Raaphorst's FRANKENSTEIN'S ARMY: Karl Roden and a giant Automaton Nazi monster.

FRANKENSTEIN'S ARMY is Raaphorst's long-awaited project come to fruition, which sees "Russian soldiers, at the end of WWII, push into eastern Germany and stumble across a secret Nazi lab, one that has unearthed and begun experimenting with the journal of one Dr. Viktor Frankenstein. The scientists have used the legendary Frankenstein's work to assemble an army of super-soldiers stitched together from the body parts of their fallen comrades - a desperate Hitler's last ghastly ploy to escape defeat."

This past summer, I got a glimpse at some of the monstrous creations of the film and they remain some of the coolest things I've seen all year. Below, you can get a good peek at one of them, Propellerhead, as well as HELLBOY actor Karl Roden as Doctor Frankenstein.
