Due to distribution issues, the Spanish horror/comedy GAME
OF WEREWOLVES has dropped out of the New York City Horror Film Festival, and a
chiller set in Britain has taken its place.
Slipping into the programming block that begins at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 10 is DEMON, written and directed by Mark Duffield, whose credits include the Thai-lensed supernatural thriller GHOST OF MAE NAK. The new film is set in Victorian London, and involves the romance between a young woman named Amy Harper (Clare Langford) and a man (Andrew Mullan) cursed to transform into a bloodthirsty demon called Lorcan.
