Adrian Garcia Bogliano's latest gets snatched out of Fantastic Fest.
Seeing its U.S. Premiere just Thursday, September 20, South American filmmaker Adrian Garcia Bogliano, who's previously made splashes with COLD SWEAT and PENUMBRA is stepping up to noted genre distributors Magnet Releasing (an arm of Magnolia Pictures) for his most recent outing, HERE COMES THE DEVIL.
Set in Mexico, when two children who went missing while exploring a cave are found, it quickly becomes apparent something evil has come home with them.
Excitingly, word is that the film is proper unsettling (our own Chris Alexander said "it has a genuinely skin-crawling supernatural streak"). No word on potential dates just yet, but Magnet/Magnolia certainly take care of their horror releases. Keep an eye on Fango for more as it comes.
