It only began filming this past April, but HITCHCOCK, the biopic about the legendary director and the creation of his masterpiece PSYCHO, will be hitting theaters before the end of the year, and a new poster is out to mark the occasion.

Variety reports that Fox Searchlight will bow HITCHCOCK in limited release November 23, positioning it as an Oscar contender. Anthony Hopkins stars as Hitch with Helen Mirren as his wife Alma, James D’Arcy, Scarlett Johansson and Jessica Biel as PSYCHO stars Anthony Perkins, Janet Leigh and Vera Miles, Ralph Macchio as screenwriter Joseph Stefano and Michael Wincott as Norman Bates inspiration Ed Gein. Sacha Gervasi directed from a script by BLACK SWAN’s John J. McLaughlin, based on Stephen Rebello’s book ALFRED HITCHCOCK AND THE MAKING OF PSYCHO.
