The anthology feature V/H/S is currently treating viewers to a half-dozen different kinds of found-footage horror on VOD, and hits theaters October 5, and now we’ve become aware of its DVD/Blu-ray date and have the cover for the latter format to show you.

Magnet Releasing/Magnolia Home Entertainment will issue V/H/S on disc December 4, with a $26.98 retail price for the DVD and $29.98 for the Blu-ray. Special features have yet to be revealed; we’ll keep you informed.
