Over six months out from release and we already have a look at Carrie White, and her party attire.

EW has provided the first official peek inside Kimberly Peirce's CARRIE remake/re-adaptation and both photos—one of Chloe Moretz as Carrie, and one of Julianne Moore as mother Margaret—look to be climactic and post-prom, with both characters well into their psychosis. 

Moore talks Margaret White's mental state, saying, “This woman has clearly had a psychotic break, perhaps several. But what’s sad about it for me is that she’s clearly sick and here’s this poor child in the thrall of this person who is seriously ill. And on top of that, they have this mother-daughter relationship. So we want to make that relationship as meaningful as possible, even though it is horrible and destructive.”

Based on the Stephen King novel, the film sees the meek and put-upon Carrie White fully realize her telekinetic prowess and unleash it on her peers and zealot of a mother. CARRIE is out March 15, 2013.
