Regina, Saskatchewan was recently turned into a moon base by Roger Christian, director of 1982's THE SENDER.
Principal photography on eerie new sci-fi thriller STRANDED wrapped at the end of July, and Christian has now begun editing this hybrid flick which he assures will be a psychological mind trip; a return to his revered roots.
STRANDED, a Mind's Eye Entertainment and Moving Pictures Media production, stars Christian Slater (HEATHERS, TRUE ROMANCE), Brendan Fehr (SILENT NIGHT, a new remake of SILENT NIGHT, DEADLY NIGHT), Michael Therriault and Amy Matysio as four astronauts who must circumvent something unseen, something unleashed during a meteor shower. The crew begin to question what they've witnessed, and immediately, paranoia thrusts them into chaos.
Christian promises STRANDED will meld horror and sci-fi together, something genre fans will truly love.
