The PERSEPOLIS director is switching gears with a tale of murder and an evil, talking cat
THE VOICES, a Black Listed script from Michael R. Perry (MILLENIUM, PARANORMAL ACTIVITY 2), revolves around Jerry Hickfang, "a lovable but strange bathtub factory worker who yearns for the attention of a woman in accounting. When their relationship takes a sudden murderous turn, Jerry’s evil talking cat and benevolent talking dog lead him down a fantastical path that ultimately brings him to salvation."
Satrapi is a visually-minded director with real style and it'll surely be interesting to see her apply such to this supremely wacky-sounding horror tale.
