World premiering at this month's Film4 FrightFest in London, the tale of rough-and-tumble Brits taking on the zombie apocalypse finally has a trailer.

IGN debuted the clip for the horror/comedy from writer James Moran (SEVERANCE) and director Matthias Hoene.

"Just as brothers Terry and Andy Macguire decide to rob a bank, workers on a Docklands building site uncover a burial ground sealed up in 1666. However some of the corpses aren’t Brown Bread at all and before you know it London’s East End is infested with hungry zombies. Can the two dodgy Hamptons get to the Bow Bells Care Home run by their granddad in time to rescue all the Raspberry Ripples under siege with only their Zimmer frames and wheelchairs to kick some zombie Khyber Pass? Take a Butchers at the hijacked Routemaster bus, the Thames ferryboat escape, Pussy Galore with an Uzi and Chas and Dave singing ‘Head to Head (With the Undead)’ over the closing credits. Would you Adam and Eve it!

While ghouls are certainly overdone, it's hard to refuse the charm of geezers with guns and copious head explosions. Maybe it's the accents, but COCKNEYS VS ZOMBIES could be a fun time.
