Teased earlier this year, Universal continues to celebrate its 100th anniversary by bringing Dracula, Frankenstein's monster, the Mummy, the Invisible Man, the Bride, the Wolf Man, the Phantom and the Creature to Blu in one collection. Features, art and a look at the DRACULA's restoration below.

Coming October 2, a massive digital restoration and features-laden package, Universal Classic Monsters: The Essential Collection promises an epic tour of shadows, fog and monstrosity as it collects some of the most iconic and significant entries in cinematic horror storytelling. Accompanying the films is a 48-page book featuring behind-the-scenes photographs, original posters and correspondence; special features including looks at the work of pioneering makeup artist Jack Pierce and commentaries from the likes of modern master Rick Baker; the much beloved 1931 Spanish language version of DRACULA, as well as a 3D Blu-ray of CREATURE FROM THE BLACK LAGOON, and much more.
