Sparky isn't the only reanimated pet on the block.
The full trailer for FRANKENWEENIE has arrived and gives a peek at just where the stop motion full length veers off from its 1984 source material: more kids and more furry best friends to resurrect.
The film sees "young Victor harness the power of science to bring his best friend back to life--with just a few minor adjustments. He tries to hide his home-sewn creation, but when Sparky gets out, Victor's fellow students, teachers and the entire town all learn that getting a new 'leash on life' can be monstrous."
Fango was able to catch 30 minutes of FRANKENWEENIE footage last month, and that feeling of Tim Burton's return that emanates from the clip below, was certainly present there as well. Winona Ryder, Catherine O'Hara and Martin Short star. FRANKENWEENIE is out October 5, 2012.
