A new Michael Berryman vehicle and an insane-looking
Presidential monster-fighting opus are both headed our way on DVD. Read on for

Screen Media Films will release BELOW ZERO, starring Berryman and Edward Furlong, August 28, and the horror/comedy FDR: AMERICAN BADASS! (pictured left) September 25. In ZERO, directed by Justin Thomas Ostensen, Furlong plays a down-on-his-luck screenwriter suffering writer’s block who arranges to be locked inside a slaughterhouse meat cooler in a desperate attempt at inspriation. Soon, he descends into a claustrophobic, paranoid state where the serial killer he has created (Berryman) appears to torment him. FDR stars Barry Bostwick as the eponymous president fighting werewolves from his wheelchair, and also features Lin Shaye, Kevin Sorbo, Ray Wise, William Mapother and Paul Ben-Victor.
