The latest sequel-that-isn’t coming to DVD is KNOCK KNOCK 2, which has absolutely nothing to do with the previous KNOCK KNOCK but instead is the latest in the string of found-footage flicks set in haunted places. Read on for the info, cover art and trailer.

The movie was originally titled 1666, and that’s the address of Hollywood’s most haunted house (according to the movie, anyway) that four friends set out to capture on video one Halloween night. They were never seen again, but one year later their footage was discovered and…you know the drill. Newcomers Aiden Cardei, Jordan Elizabeth, Beckett West and Stephanie Lovie play the unlucky would-be documentarians for first-time writer/director Chris Sheng. Lionsgate Home Entertainment releases the DVD, which also includes cast and crew interviews, August 7 with a retail price of $26.98, and the movie will be available on-demand and for digital download that day as well.
