This June, Lola would love to take you to prom.
Paramount Insurge is finally bringing horror fans the Australian darling THE LOVED ONES. Following two years of festival praise, Sean Byrne's tale of Lola and her very own, very violent prom night, hits Austin, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco on June 1st, as part of Insurge's teamup with brand new site Tugg.
Tugg allows you to essentially be your own programmer, bringing new films and studio library titles to a theater near you (click on the cities above to get in on those showings). That said, if you're not in one of the aforementioned cities above, you can demand your own night with LOVED ONES here.
In THE LOVED ONES, "Lola Stone asked Brent Mitchell to the prom, but Brent said no, and now he's screwed. What happens when Lola doesn't get what she wants?
