The viral video quartet are lining up their first feature.
Coming straight off of a sprightly introduction in found footage anthology V/H/S, Radio Silence (whose segment in that film is among the best) are currently in talks with Lionsgate, to tackle their debut feature, THE REAWAKENING.
Penned by Luke Dawson (SHUTTER), the film is described as a found footage take on FRANKENSTEIN, with some FLATLINERS thrown in, adding to the pile of FRANKENSTEIN-like tales currently in production and/or development, Vulture notes.
The site also comments on the feeling of inevitability that comes with news such as this. Found footage is undoubtedly having a moment, while studios clamor to update classic titles, as evident in the equally large amount of Dracula tales also currently working to get off the ground.
No word if the collective, made up of Matt Bettinelli-Olpin, Tyler Gillett, Justin Martinez and Chad Villella, plan to star in the film (as they do much of their work) as well.
