Metal legend and diehard horror fan Scott Ian is set to take you behind-the-scenes of the best and bloodiest makeup FX around in Fangoria's new web series.

Produced by Fango's own Rebekah McKendry and David Ian McKendry and directed by Jack Bennett, and launching on Nerdist's brand new YouTube channel, the show will see Ian navigate the viewer’s experience, as renowned masters of gore will teach viewers how to create horror FX makeup that is simply to die for. 

“I’ve been neck-deep in blood and guts for the last 30 years playing in Anthrax,” states Scott Ian, “so I couldn’t be more excited to be hosting a show called ‘Blood & Guts’ for you horror and metal fans.”

"As a lifelong metal head, working with Scott Ian is a dream," said Rebekah McKendry, adding, "We are going to start production in just a few weeks. Right now, we are setting up shoots with some of the greatest FX minds ever. Horror fans are going to love what we have in store!"
