As the independent horror-thriller ROGUE RIVER flows toward completion, the filmmakers have provided us with an exclusive new photo of its star Bill Moseley from the flick, looking rather creepy. Check it out after the jump.

In the film, directed by Jourdan McClure from a Kevin Haskin and Ryan Finnerty script (and which we last covered here), Moseley plays Jon, who dwells near the titular river with his wife Lea (Lucinda Jenney). The two are grieving for their recently deceased daughter, and take captive a young woman (Michelle Page) who has just lost her father. “The film is close to a locked picture,” producer Jo Haskin tells us, “and then it’s off to sound design, music composition and color correction. Bill’s performance is unlike anything he has done before, and the fans are going to love him in this.” Genre fave Michael Rooker has a supporting role; you can keep up with ROGUE RIVER via its Facebook page.
