Warner Bros. latest horror acquisition sees the return of the "prank gone wrong."
Deadline reports that Warners has picked up THE WAITING, a script from Mark Bianculli and Jeff Richard that tells of two high school filmmakers that the strange happenings that occur in the wake of a prank that causes a neighbor to believe in a haunting.
The site claims the film is described REAR WINDOW meets PARANORMAL ACTIVITY. No word if that means we'll be seeing another found footage film in the near future.
