Have you ordered THE INNKEEPERS on VOD yet? If not, here are two new, tense little bits from the film to hurry you along. 

Premiering on Yahoo and IMDb, respectively, the first drops in on a supremely eerie EVP session underway with Luke (Pat Healy) and Claire (Sara Paxton), while the second offers up the history of the Yankee Pedlar Inn. 

"Set in the venerable Yankee Pedlar Inn, which is about to shut its doors for good after over a century of service. Believed by many to be one of New England’s 'most haunted hotels,' the last remaining employees -Claire (Sara Paxton) and Luke (Pat Healy)- are determined to uncover proof before it shuts down for good. As the Inn’s final days draw near, odd guests check in as the pair of minimum wage 'ghost hunters' begin to experience strange and alarming events that may ultimately cause them to be mere footnotes in the hotel’s long unexplained history."

THE INNKEEPERS is simply great. Old fashioned, frightening and funny, it was very easily in my top ten of 2011 and really deserves all the support it gets. You can order it now, or check it out in limited theatrical release February 3.
