Warner. Bros.’ gothic retooling of the LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD fairy tale has another actor on board: Max Irons, son of Jeremy Irons—and two more big names are in talks to join Catherine Hardwicke’s next project, THE GIRL WITH THE RED RIDING HOOD.

Heat Vision announced that Irons will play Henri, a blacksmith’s son who is set to marry Amanda Seyfried's character—a young woman being terrorized by a werewolf in a medieval village. Also in talks for key roles are Julie Christie (who would play Seyfried’s grandmother) and Gary Oldman (who would play Father Soloman, the Witchfinder General whose job is to kill the werewolf).
