Mark Hartley (NOT QUITE HOLLYWOOD, MACHETE MAIDENS UNLEASHED!) has found financing for his narrative feature debut, a remake of the odd ozploitation feature, PATRICK. 

Twitch is reporting that Screen Australia has ended the long delay in getting PATRICK rolling, agreeing to the fund the film set to star YOU'RE NEXT actress Sharni Vinson. The original told of a young man who, despite laying catatonic in a hospital, is able to tap into devious psychic abilities.
