As The Muppets' highly anticipated return to the big screen nears, the Brooklyn Academy of Music's excellent film program is celebrating with an extensive series of puppets in cinema, and some highly notable murderous ones are involved.

THE DARK CRYSTAL: Jim Henson's enchanting, dark fantasy live-action puppet feature!

Also of note: Wed, Nov 30 sees a John Landis double feature with a big screen presentation of his immortal AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON and his Universal Studios horror & sci-fi compilation COMING SOON, narrated by Jamie Lee Curtis.
