Stephen King adaptations never fall out of fashion.
Variety is reporting that Palomar Pictures, the folks behind September's KILLER ELITE, and last year's BROTHERS, have plans to produce a feature version of King's 1995 tale, ROSE MADDER. A seemingly lesser-praised work, ROSE MADDER sees Rose Daniels, a victim of years of domestic abuse, flee her marriage and find the ability to travel into a painting she loves.
Naomi Sheridan, writer of the 2002 drama IN AMERICA, has scripted.
