Our introductory image to Jonathan Levine's (ALL THE BOYS LOVE MANDY LANE) adaptation of Isaac Marion's WARM BODIES is out!
The film, starring SKINS and X-MEN: FIRST CLASS' Nicholas Hoult, Teresa Palmer, John Malkovich and Lizzy Caplan tells of R, an existentially tormented ghoul who develops feelings for a human girl after consuming the brains of her boyfriend. When she reciprocates, their relationship could bring life back to R and the rest of his undead kind.
WARM BODIES is coming from Summit, so it's natural the promo piece (debuting at Shock Till You Drop) recalls the likes of TWILIGHT, but word on the book is swell and Levine is most definitely a talent. The film hits August 10, 2012.
