Sink your fangs into Fango’s two exclusive clips from the gory bloodsucker romp VAMPERIFICA, which plays Los Angeles’ Screamfest this Tuesday, October 18 at 8 p.m.

Directed by Bruce Ornstein, VAMPERIFICA stars Martin Yurkovic (who co-wrote the film with Ornstein) as gay college drama student Carmen who discovers that he’s the reincarnation of a centuries’ dead vampire king. Don’t expect a campfest here; VAMPERIFICA gets down and bloody as Carmen embraces his supernatural powers and decides to get even with the creeps who pissed him off. Makeup FX artist Jeremy Selenfriend (BLOOD NIGHT, BOARDWALK EMPIRE) created the film’s gruesome FX, which include decapitations, castrations and assorted throat slashings.
