The upcoming reboot of THE CROW has hit another snag, with Bradley Cooper reportedly out. Who might be in?
The Hollywood Reporter writes that due to a busy schedule that would see him working early next year (when the film is planned to shoot), actor Bradley Cooper has dropped out of Relativity's THE CROW, an update of the series began by director Alex Proyas and based on James O'Barr's graphic novel.
To be directed by 28 WEEKS LATER's Juan Carlos Fresnadillo, the production is now looking for replacements and the two names currently rumored only seem to perpetuate the idea that this retread's opening tragedy may take place in a frat house: Mark Wahlberg and Channing Tatum.
Kidding aside, Fresnadillo is a talented director who made 28 WEEKS LATER a damn good film, and who's first feature, INTACTO is a weird, intriguing story very much worth seeing. Look for more on THE CROW as it flies toward filming.
