Dark Delicacies, the Burbank, California store (located at 4213 W. Burbank Boulevard) devoted to all things horror, has announced its April and May signings, including a NEVER SLEEP AGAIN event that should delight A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET fans. Other favorites from the worlds of horror cinema and literature will be popping in as well. Here’s the April-May lineup:

Sunday, April 18 at 2 p.m.: Directors Joe Dante and Mick Garris will put their John Hancocks on copies of the BEST OF TRAILERS FROM HELL: VOLUME 1 DVD (which we previously reported on here).

Friday, April 23 at 7 p.m.: Author Steve Hockensmith WILL sign the new installment in the PRIDE AND PREJUDICE AND ZOMBIES series, DAWN OF THE DREADFULS, and Cody Goodfellow will autograph his body-horror novel PERFECT UNION.

Saturday, May 1 at 2 p.m.: Huge event for NEVER SLEEP AGAIN: THE ELM STREET LEGACY, the much-anticipated documentary on the NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET movies that we last reported on here. This is a ticketed event; pre-order the DVD, and a number will be issued for your place in line. Guests will signing only the DVD or the docu’s poster, not both, and won’t be signing any other items. Pre-orders for those not attending in person end April 22. Artist Eric Pigors will also be autographing his inside artwork. Moseley will have photos ($20), and there will be a charge to get other items signed (including Pigors’ books, which will also be for sale).

Saturday, May 15 at 2 p.m.: Actors Eric Edwards, Kristin Minter, Margaret O’Brien, Randal Malone, Joe Estevez and Dennis Hayden will sign DVD copies of Chris Watson’s ghost comedy DEAD IN LOVE.
