Fango editor Chris Alexander’s ongoing Film School Confidential screening series continues this month at a new venue (THE REVUE CINEMA, 400 Roncesvalles Avenue) with the Canadian premiere of Luca Boni and Marco Ristori’s Italian zombie thriller EATERS; and you can get in for free!
EATERS tips its hat to George A. Romero’s DAY OF THE DEAD, spinning a post-apocalyptic tale of the flesh-eating dead and the poor, desperate souls who try to alternately destroy them, evade them, cure them and eventually, yes…get eaten by them.
Alexander and THE REVUE want to send 5 lucky Toronto area film freaks to see this fantastic Italian horror film, distributed by none other than the notorious Uwe Boll (who may or may not show up) on Thursday, July 28th at 9 p.m.
