Talk of an EVIL DEAD remake has surfaced again, and seems closer to reality than ever.
Dread Central reports that Sam Raimi's editor and Grindhouse Releasing partner to Sage Stallone, Bob Murawksi, is in Detroit toiling on a fourth EVIL DEAD film. Apparently, it's a tiny production.
Soon after the news broke, Bruce Campbell replied to a fan on his Twitter with, "@TheMike31 Believe in the remake, dawg! The project is real. In the works. Cool as hell. Scary as hell."
It's still hard to believe a new EVIL DEAD is on the way but, for now, signs point to yes.
