With THE TRUTH BELOW hitting MTV, talk of Scott Glosserman and his desire to resurrect Leslie Vernon has risen again. Well, a sequel to the amazing BEHIND THE MASK is ready to rock, but it needs our help. 

Unfortunately not catching the eyes of investors, Glosserman has turned to fundraising to get BEFORE THE MASK: THE RETURN OF LESLIE VERNON off the ground.

Easily one of the best contemporary horror films, BEHIND THE MASK is a fun and incredibly clever look at the slasher. The writer/director has even more delightful commentary planned for the follow-up, recently telling Fango, "The script is awesome; we’re deconstructing the conventions and archetypes of the horror prequel, sequel and remake. I’ve got a lot of commentary to espouse about where the genre has come and gone since the last film, and I’m really really excited about revisiting it, so the next step is to secure our budget so we can go about shooting it."
