The trailer and poster for the U.S. release of Jacob Tierney's macabre and blackly comedic thriller GOOD NEIGHBORS have debuted!

In theaters July 29 and on iTunes/VOD June 24 from Magnolia Pictures, the film sees "neighbors Spencer (Scott Speedman) and Louise (Emily Hampshire) bond over their fascination with a recent string of murders terrorizing their community. When a new tenant named Victor (Jay Baruchel) arrives in the building, all three quickly hit it off. But as they soon discover, each of them has their own dark secret. As the violence outside mounts, the city retreats indoors for safety. But the more time these three spend together in their apartment building, the clearer it becomes that what they once thought of as a safe haven is as dangerous as any outside terrors they could imagine. Smart dialogue, strong performances and jarring thrills give this film all the elements of a great mystery."

The film certainly looks like a good time and Fango's own Tony Timpone absolutely loved it at last November's AFM (see his mini-review here). You can see the trailer below via YouTube embed and its HD counterpart over at Apple.

Additionally, this isn't the only horrific thing Baruchel has been up to, signing on to pen both an adaptation of the graphic novel RANDOM ACTS OF VIOLENCE and Summit's EXORCISM DIARIES.
