You loved him in SKYLINE. You were astounded when he faced off (in mid-air!) against DINOSHARK on a jet-ski. And who can forget him as Comanche in HELL RIDE, and as the dude whose face becomes the new mask for Leatherface in the TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE remake? Now, Eric Balfour is stepping behind the camera for his feature-film directorial debut: JESUS HATES ZOMBIES, for which a teaser poster has also emerged.

The HAVEN actor used Twitter to report the news: “I have signed on to direct the feature version of JESUS HATES ZOMBIES based on the graphic novel by @StephenRL”

@StephenRL is Stephen Lindsay, who created the comic-book series about the original resurrectee from the dead returning to Earth and taking on the undead, with the help of his zombie sidekick Laz.
