Lionsgate has made it official: They now have someone set to
helm the movie adaptation of the Seth Grahame-Smith novel PRIDE AND PREJUDICE
AND ZOMBIES that mixes the 1813 Jane Austen novel with the flesheating undead.
Deadline reports that Craig Gillespie will direct the project, which saw David O. Russell and Mike White come and go. Gillespie was a frontrunner for the gig, and recently helmed the upcoming FRIGHT NIGHT reboot.
