Newly minted Academy Award winner Trent Reznor, of Nine Inch Nails fame, has his next scoring—and acting—gig lined up.
Badass Digest is reporting the musician will take the composing reins on ABRAHAM LINCOLN: VAMPIRE HUNTER. Reznor will also perform in the film, essaying the bloodsucker that takes the life of Lincoln’s mother.
ABRAHAM LINCOLN is being helmed by NIGHT WATCH and WANTED director Timur Bekmambetov and will see Benjamin Walker play the 16th President as he fights the titular evils. Mary Elizabeth Winstead (FINAL DESTINATION 3, SCOTT PILGRIM VS. THE WORLD) is on board as Marry Todd Lincoln.
The film is set to hit June 22, 2012. In 3D.
