Sure, we've heard a thousand variations on the classic tale, but a new horror film from the director of ORPHAN? Yes!
Badass Digest has revealed that Jaume Collet-Serra is attached to BRAM STOKER'S DRACULA PROJECT, written by Lee Shipman and Brian McGreevy. No plot just yet, but it's being produced by Appian Way, the production company owned by Leonardo DiCaprio. Appian also had a hand in ORPHAN and the upcoming RED RIDING HOOD.
ORPHAN was a great example that American studio horror can still be successful/weird/creepy/awesome, and I was overjoyed to include it in FANGORIA #300. I am very much looking forward to anything from Serra.
