Director JimmyO Burril gave Fango the scoop that he has decided to release a new DVD of his occult flick THE GOOD SISTERS, in an unrated director’s cut with a remastered picture and enhanced sound.

April Monique Burril and Debbie Rochon star as Kindra and Breanne Good, who practice black magic, come to believe that there’s a conspiracy afoot against them and embark on a bloody campaign against their “enemies.” The updated disc, set for release April 27 (“just in time for Beltane, the most sexual of the pagan holidays,” according to JimmyO), will contain the following special features:

• Audio commentary by the Burrils and Rochon

• “Inside Apartment 3” making-of feature

• “The Lost Diaries of JimmyO” featurette

• “All Them Witches” music video

• Trailer

An additional extra or two may wind up on the DVD, which can be pre-ordered soon at the official website of the Burrils’ Forbidden Pictures. The first 100 copies sold will be autographed by the Burrils and Rochon. Also available for pre-order (for just $9.99) at the Forbidden site is IT’S GROUNDHOG DAY, CHAINSAW SALLY, a special, hour-long holiday-oriented edition of the Burrils’ splatter sitcom, also co-starring Rochon along with Dai Green, Azman Toy, Nicolette LeFaye and Jordan Wyandt.
