Now that the word is out and the first samples are out there, it's time to start a thread about this. If you have any questions or feedback, feel free to post them below.
Based on the initial feedback and questions (we've only been up on this for about 4 hours), here's some info.

In the coming days, you'll be able to download our exciting line of comics, novels and magazines straight from FANGORIA.com, without ever leaving the comfort of your crypt!
In addition to finally getting your claws on the "missing issues" of our popular comic titles like ROBERT KURTZMAN'S BENEATH THE VALLEY OF THE RAGE and STRANGELAND: SEVEN SINS, you'll also be able to sink your fangs into new tales of terror including DEATH WALKS THE STREETS and ELLIUM. Also in the queue is the full length novel adaptation of the comic series and upcoming film BUMP, and perhaps most exciting of all, digitized, restored copies of the entire run of FANGORIA magazine!!!

Q: WHAT WILL BE AVAILABLE DIGITALLY?
A: The entire run of FANGORIA Magazine, many of the spin-off mags, and our entire line of comic books, graphic novels, and novels.
Q: Will they be for sale, or given away for free?
A: We will have free 8-12 page previews available through our flash viewer. Full issues and bundles will be available through our digital download store. You'll be able to buy just what you want, for a really cheap price. A lot like iTunes.
Q: How will the issues be provided?/What do I need to view them?
A: The free previews require a high-speed connection and a moderately fast computer, with the latest version of Adobe Flash installed. For purchasing full issues, you will need to select them through the new store, add them to your cart, and check out. Much like purchasing software online, you will be emailed a product key and sent to a secure download location after your purchase is complete. After downloading the files, you will need Adobe PDF reader installed to view them. Files will be super-high-rez!
Q: How often will new issues be available?
A: As fast as we can pump them out. The process of scanning and restoration on the old issues is extremely labor-intensive. Expect a batch of magazines every month, with comic books and newer titles even faster.
That answers most of what I've seen come through so far. I'll update this post as new questions need answering.
